The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly at all times. The check-in went smoothly and quickly. Although the building was covered with scaffolding outside, we were never disturbed by any noise during our 12-night stay from April 24 to May 6, 2025. We were on the second floor. The room itself was spacious and the bed large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, as well as both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. We would love to go back anytime we could.

This was my second stay at the hotel. During my first visit, I stayed in the older wing, while this time I tried the newer wing. The new wing features a more modern and stylish bathroom, but the shower water pressure was noticeably weaker compared to the older wing. The older rooms also had a sofa, which the new ones lack, although the new wing does offer air conditioning, which the old wing doesn’t. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay—especially on the higher floors where street noise is less of an issue.

The property was in a great location, lovely street and plenty of tube stations surrounding it. I thought the room was perfect value for money, it was small but perfect for three friends just using it to sleep basically. The beds were very comfy and the temperature of the room was always perfect. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

Laura

The hotel is in a great location, next to the park, walking distance to an underground station and next to a fun street with markets, restaurants, etc. I liked that it was clean and the people at the front desk were nice. The location was also quite at night, so I felt safe and comfortable at night.

Maria

Despite the fact that it was a single room, the bed was cozy and quite comfortable. Overall, it was quiet during the night. The location was perfect - so close to Bayswater and Queensway station.
